CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital - San Marcos welcomed the first baby born at its hospital in 2022 on Saturday morning.
Ezra Bernal Salazar was born at 8:46 a.m. on New Year's Day at Christus, weighing 6 pounds, 12 ounces and measuring at 19 inches, CHRISTUS recently announced. Ezra was delivered by Dr. Virginia Smith. Ezra’s parents are Janet and Jovanne Salazar.
“The Women's Services department celebrated with the family by gifting them a basket of special gifts to help commemorate this exciting moment in the Salazar family,” CHRISTUS said.
