City, county proclaim MLK Day 2020

On Tuesday, the Hays County Commissioners Court proclaimed Jan. 20 as Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day in Hays County and invited residents to take part in the events planned to mark the revered civil rights leader’s birthday.
