Commissioners Court canceled, clerk’s office announces closure

The Hays County Commissioners Court will not be held on June 11 so that Court members can attend the South Texas County Judges and Commissioners Conference sponsored by the Texas Association of Counties.

Court is typically held at 9 a.m. at the Hays County Courthouse, 111 E. San Antonio St., on the Square in San Marcos, and the public is cordially invited to attend. The meeting is also streamed live.

Additionally, all Hays County Clerk’s offices will be closed on June 14 for an equipment upgrade. Persons needing e-recording and posting of documents during this timeframe should have that information to a Clerk’s office by June 12, as there will be a several-day delay following June 14 before e-recordings and postings can occur.
