Dam Chili Cookoff is Saturday in Martindale

Organizers bill it as intended for “Everyone who is a kid, was a kid, knows a kid … or just feels like a kid.”
That pretty much assures that there will be something for everyone at the 14th Annual Dam Chili Cookoff in Martindale on Saturday, Nov. 17.
A fundraiser for the Youth Services Bureau, the cookoff will also feature a silent auction and other activities. Everything takes place in downtown Martindale beginning at 7 a.m.
