Binge Kitchen opens in new location

Binge Kitchen, San Marcos' first 100 percent vegan eatery, recently held their soft opening at their new brick and mortar location on Fredericksburg Street. Binge Kitchen started selling their completely vegan, plant-based food menu from a food truck in summer 2017. They are open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sundays through Thursdays and from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Fridays. Daily Record photos by Denise Cathey

Binge Kitchen's Chipotle Burger, made with a vegan patty and cheese and garnished with a vegan chipotle mayo, jalapeños, lettuce and sliced avocado with a side of crispy okra.
