Franklin Leroy Allen was born in Wimberley, Texas on July 16, 1939 and died in Wimberley, Texas on October 31, 2019, at the age of 80. A celebration of Frank’s life will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, November 7, 2019 at the First Baptist Church of Wimberley, 15951 Winters Mill Pkwy, Wimberley, TX 78676.
