Christine C. (Jalufka) Cook

Christine C. (Jalufka) Cook, 66, of San Marcos, Texas went home to be with the Lord, Saturday, Nov. 17, 2018. Christine was born Jan. 18, 1952, to Fred and Adela (Soto) Jalufka.

Christine was a home builder with her husband and truly loved the process of building homes. She enjoyed hiking, fishing and above all, she loved to be with her family. 

She was preceded in death by her mother, Adela Jalufka.

She is survived by her husband, Louis Cook of San Marcos, Texas; father, Fred Jalufka of Victoria, Texas; daughter, Sandra Frederick of San Antonio, Texas; son, Benjamin Frederick of San Antonio, Texas; step daughters, Martha Cook Hardesty and husband Mike of Montgomery, Texas and Laura Cook Klingman and husband Jamie of George West, Texas; sister, Agnes Moeller and husband David of Victoria, Texas; sister, Della Johnson of Arlington, Texas; brother, Leroy Jalufka and wife Joyce of Victoria, Texas; brother, Tony Jalufka of Victoria, Texas; 5 step grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. 

A memorial service celebrating her life will be held at Galloway Funeral Home in Beeville, Texas on Saturday, Dec. 8, 2018 at 11 a.m. with Larry DeLong officiating.
