Johnny Lee Greenwood Sr.

Johnny Lee Greenwood Sr., 82, of San Marcos, Texas, husband, father, brother, uncle and grandfather passed away peacefully on Aug. 8, 2018, surrounded by his beloved wife of 63 years, Annie Freeman Greenwood, and family. Johnny is survived by his four sons, John Cornelius Greenwood (Barbara) of San Marcos, TX; Cranz Edward Greenwood (Deborah) of Kyle, TX; Ralph Edmund Greenwood (the late Augusta Limmer) of San Marcos, TX; Johnny Lee Greenwood Jr. (Katie) of Austin, TX; and one sister Lula Mae Edwards (William) of Austin, TX; two granddaughters, Candice Greenwood Palermo (Scott) of Kyle, TX and Becky Denise Brown (DeRon) of Dallas, TX.

He loved serving his community as an active member of the Christian Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses up until his death. Johnny will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, Aug. 18, 2018 at 12 p.m., at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses located at 18262 TX Hwy 80, Martindale, TX 78655.
