Minerva “Minnie” V. Rodriguez

Minerva “Minnie” V. Rodriguez, 87, entered in to eternal peace on Thursday, August 8, 2019. She was born on March 1, 1932, to Ambrosio and Fidela Villalpando and raised in San Marcos, Texas. Minnie graduated from San Marcos High School, married Audon (Donnie) Rodriguez and had two sons Roland and Tony. She worked at IBM in Austin for over 25 years until her retirement. Minnie was an active member of El Buen Pastor Presbyterian Church in Austin for many years during which time she helped develop the daycare and clothing closets which she managed. She and her husband also supported the Memorial Presbyterian Church in San Marcos for years. Minnie was preceded in death by her husband, Audon; her son, Tony; her grandson, Joshua; her parents, Fidela and Ambrosio; and her brothers, Richard and Rudy. She leaves her loving memories of a life fulfilled to be cherished by her son, Roland; wife Gabriela; daughter Damaris; sisters, Mary Alice Guerrero and Priscilla Flores; brothers, Eddie and Gilbert Villalpando; along with numerous nephews and nieces and their families.
