Rosita ‘Rose’ Sanchez

Our beloved Rosita ‘Rose’ Sanchez, age 67, was called to our Heavenly Father on Tuesday, October 8, 2019. She was preceded in death by her father Dario Rodriguez, Jr. and her sister, Delia Rodriguez.

Rose was the first child born on March 26, 1952 to Mr. and Mrs. Dario Rodriguez Jr. She loved spending time with her family and friends and enjoyed holidays, birthday dinners and other celebrations. She had a beautiful and kind heart and was always willing to help with family and friends. She was blessed with numerous friends and enjoyed traveling, dancing and enjoying music with everyone.

Rose is survived by her mother, Virginia Rodriguez, brother Ricky Rodriguez and wife Linda, sisters Amelia Flores and husband Rick, Sylvia Morales and husband David, and Linda Rodriguez and husband Robert, along with her loving children, Cynthia Montazeri and husband Peiman, Joana Sanchez; Patricia Avila and husband Angel; Melissa Sanchez; grandchildren Alexandria, Melanie, Tyreque, Mikayla, Aaliyah, Gabriella and Hunter along with her great-grandchildren Jazalyn and Sebastian.

Visitation will be held at the Thomason Funeral Chapel on Friday, October 11, 2019 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. The Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be at St. John’s Catholic Church on Friday, October 11, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. The Mass of a Christian Burial will be held at St. John’s Catholic Church Saturday, October 12, 2019 at 10:00 a.m., with the Interment to follow at Memory Lawn Memorial Park in Martindale, Texas.
