Brothers arrested in San Marcos homicide

San Marcos Police have arrested two brother in connection with the death earlier this week of Matthew Jacob Rodriguez Jr.

Jacob Portier, 27, and Jason Portier, 26, have been charged with capital murder by terror threat. They were arrested Thursday morning.

Rodriguez, 27, was found dead at the Park North Condos on Aquarena Springs Drive Tuesday morning.
