Ishmail Mahdi became the first offensive player since Keenan Brown in 2018 to be named First Team All Conference Offense. Mahdi was named First Team All Purpose having over 2,000 all-purpose yards for the Bobcats.

Lineback Brian Holloway is named as Second Team All Conference Defense.

Kole Wilson and T.J. Finley are named as Sun Belt Honorable Mention. Wilson completed his first season with the Bobcats catching 61 passes for 697 yards and eight touchdowns. Finley broke the single season record for most passing yards in a single season with 3,287 yards and 24 touchdowns.

Sun Belt Conference named 11 Texas State football players to the All Conference Selections with seven players being named to the First, Second and Third team squads–the most for any Texas State football team since 2008.
Texas State nabbed their fifth win of the season as the Bobcats dominated the UNT-Dallas Trailblazers 79-41.
