Domingo Cortez Rodriguez

Saturday, August 1, 2020, Domingo "Mingo" C Rodriguez left this earth to be with his heavenly father. At the age of 74. He is preceded in death by his wife Eufemia G Rodriguez and his parents Margarita and Cirildo Rodriguez. We all remember Domingo as the loving, giving person with a great sense of humor.

Dr. Charles E. Warlick, Jr., 79, of Wimberley, Texas, died on July 30, 2020. Because of the current COVID-19 pandemic, no memorial service is planned at this time. Constancia Balboa Huerta

Constancia Balboa Huerta, 74, of Kyle, Texas, died on July 29, 2020. Visitation and services took place Friday, August 7 at Iglesia Amistad Christiana in Del Valle, Texas. Interment followed at the Assumption Cemetery in Austin. Services were under the direction of Thomason Funeral Home. City Council opts against new Cape's Dam study, favors county partnership

The San Marcos City Council directed staff to explore a partnership with Hays County regarding Cape's Dam in a work session Tuesday, rather than pursue an additional study.
