L.A. unites in grief for Kobe Bryant

LOS ANGELES (AP) — The chants rose in the plaza across from Staples Center. "Kobe!" and "MVP! MVP!" They came from hundreds of fans gathered to mourn the death of Kobe Bryant.

Lady Bears celebrate Senior Night

The San Marcos Academy girls' basketball team picked up their first win of the season inside Jamail Gym last Friday, defeating East Austin Central, 33-19.
