I watched the New York City Marathon last Sunday afternoon. The NYC marathon is considered to be the largest marathon in the world and with approximately 50,000 runners entered it seems well qualified for the title. I received a few comments from friends about how I could watch some people run down the streets when the Dallas Cowboy game was on.

Cupcakes are diminutive, handheld treats that come in a variety of flavors and styles. Each December, the humble cupcake gets its own day of celebration (Dec. 15), but people know well that cupcakes are enjoyed throughout the year, particularly during birthdays and other special occasions.

The sound of basketballs hitting the gym floor was a familiar one heard around San Marcos as both the Rattlers and Lady Rattlers hit the hardwood to start the 2023-2024 season.

He called the wars an American national security imperative, with victory critical to the future of democracies worldwide.
