Becerra swears in new 4-H council officers
The Meadows Center for Water and the Environment will host the “Climate Science: The Good, The Bad, and The Wicked” conference Sept. 7 on theTexas State University’s San Marcos Campus. The conference will be from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
