Hays County reported 69 new cases of COVID-19 Monday after a record breaking weekend of 196 new cases between Saturday and Sunday.
The Texas Department of Emergency Management hosted a free COVID-19 diagnostic testing site at Bonham Pre-Kindergarten School on Sunday.
